Gene Sequencing and Intelligent Design.

"When we trace information back to its source, we always come to a mind."

Gene Sequencing and Intelligent Design.

In 1957, James Watson and Francis Crick discover what is commonly called the digital information or digital code. This digital code or "Sequence Hypothesis" as Crick expounded in 1957, was the idea that along the spine of the DNA molecule, there are four chemicals (A,T,G,C)* which function like alphabetic characters in a written language, or digital characters in a machine code. This "Sequence Hypothesis" has been confirmed by the field of Genetics.

“The machine code of the genes is uncannily computer-like” - Richard Dawkins

“Apart from differences in jargon, the pages of a molecular-biology journal might be interchanged with those of a computer-engineering journal” - Richard Dawkins (Atheist)

“DNA is like a computer program but far, far more advanced than any software ever created” - Bill Gates (Agnostic)

As the DNA molecule encodes information into alphabetic or digital form, one must wonder, why do Richard Dawkins and Bill Gates resist the concept of an Intelligent Designer, when we know from experience that information always comes from intelligence (Microsoft: the software co-created by Bill Gates, and the books authored by Dawkins provide evidence of this notion)?

Perhaps they reject the empirical evidence of Intelligent Design, because;

"The fool** has said in his heart, “There is no Elohim”. They are corrupted and they are defiled in their schemes and there is none who does good." Psalm 14:1

*A stands for adenine. T stands for thymine. G stands for guanine. C stands for cytosine. These four letters make up the entire 3 billion letters of the genetic code

** The Aramaic Bible in plain English translates 'Fool' as 'Evil one'
